Why a Blog site?

In today’s world of easily accessible information on all things Real Estate, Buyers and Sellers can get information at the click of a button. What is not readily accessible is information that pertains to narrowed down Local information. When deciding to relocate to a new area or choosing to put your current home on the market, you need LOCAL expertise to make the right decisions. This site provides that information for you. What you will find here is Local information about my Real Estate service area which encompasses the north end of Lake Norman, NC. This includes Statesville, Mooresville, Troutman, Sherrills Ford, Stony Point, Olin, Harmony, Cleveland, Catawba, Conover and Newton as my main areas of concentration. I also work in Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Denver as secondary areas.

My Husband and I relocated to Statesville NC in 1997 from New Hampshire not knowing anything about the area or any having anyone to reach out to for questions we needed answers to. We had read an article in Money magazine about the growth and booming economy of the area and after researching some locations in the area, we landed in Mooresville until we found a rental home in Statesville and we have been here ever since! We fell in love with the area and have never regretted our move.

I love to share that love of the area with clients that are considering a move. One of my favorite things to do is spend a day with new clients driving the local cities and towns and introducing them to what our area has to offer. The Lake Norman Region is growing by leaps and bounds and I want those considering a move to this area to know all about our region. I have been in the residential real estate business since 2005 and have met many people relocating here from all over the country. I love to hear about the places they lived and am happy to share the best things about what may be their new home. My goal in growing this blog site is to provide you with all the tools and resources you may need to make the decision to relocate to the Lake Norman/ Statesville NC region a little easier. Real Estate is always local and this site will give you a sense of what it is like to live, work and play here! If you cannot find what you are looking for, feel free to reach out to me directly at 704-450-0588. As I grow the resources on this site, I welcome your input on what’s missing that would benefit you the most when thinking about moving to our area.

For me, its all about the relationships I build with my clients and being that go to person for all things Statesville NC and more! I look forward to working with you!
